MOQ: Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum to start a production run depends on the factory and shape type:
- Shared molds (standard shapes): MOQ 50 units — most common entry point for new brands
- Custom molds (proprietary shapes): One-time tooling fee $600–$1,000 + MOQ 50 units. The mold is yours and reused for all future orders.
- Tiered pricing: MOQ 50 unlocks mid-tier pricing; MOQ 100+ unlocks best unit price (see table above)
- Samples: 1 unit minimum. We recommend 2–3 units to test specs across different colorways before committing to bulk

Carbon Fiber: 3K vs 12K vs 18K vs 24K
The number refers to filaments per carbon fiber bundle. More filaments = denser weave = stiffer racket = better power transfer.

For context: professional-grade rackets used by top touring players are typically 18K carbon. A well-made 12K racket already outperforms most fiberglass alternatives on the market — and costs noticeably less to produce at scale.
The Sample Process: Step by Step
- Share your requirements — Shape (teardrop/diamond/round), weight target, material grade, design files — or we design from scratch
- We send a quote — Typically within 24 hours. Sample price + $600–$1,000 mold/tooling fee if custom shape needed (one-time, amortized over the run)
- Pay and confirm — 50% deposit to start. PayPal, SWIFT/wire transfer, or Revolut accepted
- Sample production: ~30–35 calendar days total — Blank body: ~10 days → water decal + finishing: ~15 days → labeling, painting, assembly: ~10 days. Production photos sent at each stage.
- Sample delivery by express courier — DHL/FedEx express: 4 business days to most destinations. Air freight (with tax handling): ~14 business days.
- Approve and place bulk order — Production starts immediately upon approval

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I start with fewer than 50 units?
Our minimum for bulk production is 50 units. For testing, we offer 1–3 unit samples. Some clients order samples in multiple colorways (e.g., 3 samples × 4 colorways) to test a fuller range before committing.
Do you manufacture padel bags as well?
Yes. Custom padel bags can be produced alongside your racket order. MOQ for bags is typically 100 units. Quoted separately.
What is the warranty policy?
We replace defective units within 6 months of shipment for manufacturing defects (delamination, core failure, grip adhesion). Normal wear and player damage is excluded.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Our facility is in Dongguan, China — a major manufacturing hub for sporting goods. Most clients visit during the sample approval stage. We welcome factory visits and can arrange local hotel and transportation.
